A big welcome to all visitors of our site on behalf of our Youth Club.

Our Youth club was formed in 1979 by a group of second Generation Greek Australians of Cretan background and of rethimnian descent. They had the initiative to bring together people of the same or similar age group so that they don’t lose sight of their Hellenic identity and Cretan Ancestry.

Since then many committee’s have continued the tradition and have organised great events and functions, writing great chapters in the Association’s history books. Its these people that we acknowledge and thank as we take over the reins and re invigorate this proud and historic Youth Club.

Currently the Youth Club Committee consists of a great group of vibrant individuals wanting to serve the Rethimnian Youth of Australia with great pride and passion.

We have planned many activities and events for the next 24 months including the Second trip to Greece in as many as 4 years, Bar nights, Conference, Dinner Dances, Cultural and Educational activities and trips to the snow.
